Hard to say, don't really know much about most of them. But I like the ones I do know for the most part.

The sense of community and chemistry people have. The majority of people in this company at the individual contributor level tend to be genuinely nice people.

The culture around work, and individual expectations (in my experience) tends to be healthy. Take time if you are sick, take time for your family, etc

Underutilized would be the better word. Internal communication headaches lead to less sales opportunities for the company to make money, and in turn, myself to benefit from those sales.

The immediate group of people I work with are smart, capable, and passionate about what they do. Additionally, we all get along pretty well. My coworkers are one of the primary reasons I still work here. Hard days are better with a good team.

hold off on focusing on expansion, growing, and new products for awhile. Most of our current products and procedures are either broken, half functional, underpowered, or understaffed. Amplify can be something successful, but we are launching half finished products and making everyone mad at us.

I really enjoy everyone on my immediate team, their energy and work ethic. I would even say some work themselves too hard. I also get along with many people in the larger "team" of the company. The people are one primary reasons I work here.

Some products are left unattended. Division amongst middle management on what the best plan of action is. Essentially no communication all between brands / departments at times. People in positions that they are not qualified for when we have holes in other teams that they could fill.

People know that a lot of this company is underpaid compared to industry standard for their various positions. Sometimes it feels like leadership is taking advantage of people who want to work with ministries and paying them less for it. It also give the impression that our company is struggling.

Honestly I don't feel like the "corporate" culture really amounts to much. Either because nobody cares or because it isn't communicated well. But I do feel like the company is full of employees who are pleasant to work with and work together on projects. The employees themselves make a good culture.

Что идёт не так, и как это можно улучшить?

We need to focus on building good products, testing them, and making sure the processes and resources to support those products are in place before we launch. Tt has felt like MB is always focused on quantity over quality. Customers are starting to figure it out, and competition is getting better.
