I have been with MB about 6 years including acquisition and things are always changing, so I like that. But sometimes it is hard to really engage in a specific goal for myself and my team. I have no doubt that we will get there, just an observation.
I am happy to be employed and have a job
My hsa savings account is about it
PTO and PSSL are the best part
most of us are remote without timers and task clocks.
We help further the gospel and bring people to Jesus
We take care of each other no matter what the circumstance is
Helping people understand the power of the tools they have in their toolbelt
We always take care of each other and have open and transparent honest dialogue
Wroking from my home or being able to go anywhere. Also Unlimited PTO is great!
I do not really know my higher leadership team, but my immediate middle-level Leadership team is very supportive
Provide ample hands-on training on the product before it launches and utilize the correct people for the correct roles and skills.
The ability to create success through failures and not feeling like your a gonna be let go if you make a mistake.
They are now bringing together a focus target for us to do what we are in this market to do. And that is to serve the Ministry across the globe with life-changing technology
The actual gameplan and roadmap are being constructed to better us a company to continue helping the Ministries that we serve. They are actually getting a solid target for us to aim at now.
We all want to take care of each other,no matter what, mostly because we do not have the ability to physically see each other, we are knit together as a family, even if virtually due to being remote.
Reorganizing the company multiple times and then asking me to continue taking on almost 3 times the workload but not matching the salary to the level of that request. Plus not acknowledging the cost of living increases. That would make me feel better if those matched.
