Good pay, but so far not good retirement benefits. Not very generous in matching 401K.
Team members. Good people who work hard and help each other even when outside of their individual responsibility.
They are here for our churches and our users. The feeling is that upper management is more focused on revenue than ministry.
Lately, there has been more emphasis on the retention of employees by focusing on helping team members determine their best path forward. We have lost too many good people because they felt this was not a place for them to grow professionally.
