I have built trust in getting the customer what they need, that seems to have grown a lot over the last 18 months. I lack trust in the company caring for the employees with work load and lack of increase in pay. That makes work and family life hard.
Everyone is willing to help the other out and we all like to laugh together and get along well, that makes work fun!
People here to really care about you as a person. They want you and your family to be doing well and taken care of.
I think that they do a good job trying to understand what others need to do their job better and I do see a high care of the customers!
I really do enjoy my team and then talking with my customers! I really like interacting with the church staff and helping the Gospel continue to move forward through great use of technology.
I think now more than ever we have access to many people in leadership to seek help from, which is nice. I think they are doing a good job listening to what the customer needs and trying to make changes towards that.
I really enjoy the three other people on my team. I trust their work ethic and that they have the customers best interest. We also do a good job helping each other with different things we need to get a solution to a customer!
I do think the company cares about your personal life and works hard to be understanding and extend grace with hard circumstances. I also think they we are all on the same page with the changes happening right now and willing to help each other as needed.
Leadership is listening to the customer and trying to get them what they need. But we are constantly underpaid and not back filling positions. The company says they care about your family, but for some of us it's hard to financially take care of them while working here.
I work really hard and exceed in my KPIs daily, weekly and annually. I lead my team through strategic thinks and best practices for our customers. I have been on my team the longest and don't have the compensation to show that or the positive efforts I have put in.
It's hard to know we can go elsewhere and make $15-$20k more. When talking about a raise it's always tip toed around and never trusted we will get it. I have been here for a while and haven't seen a significant raise and that is hard given the high volume of work and demands.
