It was always and still is very busy since I joined the Company. We went from being carved out of MB to changing ERPs to turnovers of managers and CEO. The Company direction is very unclear for me at this moment.

There's no bonus nor merit increase. We can get an exceeds performance rate from the performance evaluation and it doesn't matter.
There are requests that they can pull themselves and questions that they can research the answers on but their first resort is sending the request and questions to accounting
