I love how dedicated each of my team members is to the different aspects of the business they serve. They focus on doing their best for the company every day and I am so proud to be a part of the team.

I was really nervous about all of the leadership turnover but the changes in culture show that executive leaders really care about their people. It is painful going through a culture change but I think we are coming to the light at the end of the tunnel.

The C-Suite works very hard for our mission. The transparency provided about our company's initiatives, the why, as well as what our PE sponsor wants creates a clear picture of why we are doing what we are doing. I really appreciate that C-Level leaders are passionate about making MB better!

Что приносит вам больше всего счастья/радости на работе?

I love that my direct supervisor keeps my job interesting. She cares about me outside of work and gives me a ton of autonomy during work. She challenges me to be better and helps me to get out of my comfort zone. I enjoy coming to work because of the mission and because I have the best manager!
