I've been with the company over 8 years and have learned so much. I like being challenged and constantly given the chance to learn more and work in different areas. Our customers are extremely kind and gracious and you can't help but want to make them happy as they are always so appreciative!
I've been here a long time and seen a lot of change. I feel most of the change has been positive. There has been much more clarity on goals recently and that is very encouraging. I wish my overall position had more definition but I am hopeful that will come in 2024.
I'm happy overall but definitely feel overburdened and exhausted 99% of the time. So much pressure and not enough hours in the day to keep up with everything.
I've had a very fluid role within the company allowing me to work with many different teams and leaders which has been great but it is still hard to know how others define my role and what my expectations are which causes some uncertainty.
Transparency on company health, goals and initiatives.
Solving problems, saving money and impressing customers.
Working on team projects and solving problems.
For me, the free health insurance!
Unlimited PTO and the number of paid holidays.
Unlimited PTO and 100% company funded health insurance!
Open PTO and time off flexibility.
Team spirit and consideration for others
Solving issues for customers and hearing their appreciation.
Free health insurance is amazing!
Solving customer problems and seeing them happy makes me happy.
They consider long term strategy and not just immediate financial gain.
The cooperation between departments what I like best about our leadership team.
Celebration of individual and team wins as well as the festive activities.
They all pull together in a crisis and work to get it resolved.
People make extra effort to get involved and create a group atmosphere of comaradarie.
They all have a sense of humor and everyone contributes to keeping the laughs going.
Willingness to work collaboratively and help each other out on projects and consideration of different opinions on subjects.
Quick responses on Teams to questions, assistance with tech issues, concern about overall well being and not just work deliverables.
Ability to laugh at ourselves or the situation but always put 110% effort into making projects successful and help each other collaboratively.
Completing projects with as few hiccups or 'bugs' as possible. Working with people who share the same concern for a quality product and user experience.
Seems like there is always a fun event to look forward to and most projects are handled by teams rather than all effort on single person.
Willingness to assist employees with challenges. Example Vu Do joining calls with Trail Life and Skyhawks. Support from leadership speaks volumes when dealing with certain customers and critical issues.
The ability to laugh and make fun of certain situations to reduce pressure. I also really like that I can share concerns or question decisions without fear of repercussion or being ostracized.
I feel a lot more emphasis has been placed on employee success and not solely company success. Both are critical and go hand in hand. I like the supportive nature of team leaders especially my manager and VP who have shown me considerable support in my role.
