
For the most part it is good but there are very few benefits to being a leader in the department if your not at least manager level.
Overall it is a positive experience.
Good in most aspects. Pay increases could be better and more flexible remote positions like many other companies have these days would be better.
I have grown into the position I am in by working hard and learning. Those opportunities continue to be more limited and the inclusion into multiple areas of the industry for learning and overall knowledge continue to deminish.

Other local screening companies pay more and healthninsurance through MB is incredibly more expensive than most companies.
They involve several people within the organization in order to get a clear understanding and make good decisions.
Pay is the same as many companies in the same industry but cost of insurance is significantly higher and other companies have flexible wfh options as well.

We communicate with each other well. We dont always agree but we can agree to disagree and still make group decisions and move forward in a good way.
Not many raises other than cost of living type raise once a year which is pretty small. Growing with the company, learning more and cross training on the other brands does not get you any more money yet you are more valuable in the knowledge and skills that you have.
