Overall, my experience is good. I feel my leadership skills are underutilized. Our health insurance is the worst I've ever seen. Even with whatever changes we made they are still bad for families. I need leadership that will give me feedback on what my goals are, a clear job description, and 1x1.
we get along for the most part.
helping my team and getting to know them.
PPTO is a great perk
The other departments I get to interact with and our clients.
In my short time I like the communication that is sent out.
We get along well and love to come to work and see each other.
That I'm left alone to do my job and I do it very well.
Here in Tulsa, we do different things to get to know each other like potlucks.
I love the atmosphere we have here. The lax dress code and how we aren't micromanaged is very refreshing.
Communication and care about employees that have families. There is no reason why over 55% of a paycheck goes to benefits that aren't even good compared to the market.
Pay me for what I'm worth. I'm over most of the top 25 clients for the protection side and yet others do less work than I and make more.
There are a few that I feel we can build a team around. I enjoy working with them and getting to know them. They are willing to help and have the same end goal in mind.
The amount of work I do compared to others that I know make more than I do isn't right. I love my job and our clients but my health insurance and pay says this company doesn't care about what all I can do for them.
