Sadly, it is negative on most days due to constant system issues and a lack of support. Our clients are what make great days. Workloads have tripled for my team in the last 6 months (We have continued A Class service to our clients) with no increase in compensation. Hard to see that we are valued
They have been transparent about upcoming changes.
Working with my team and close co-workers
I enjoy working with my co-workers and taking care of my clients.
Pay that matches the national average. Our salary is $30-40,000 lower than the national average.
For our small company the culture is very positive. There is respect among co-workers and managers.
My team is quick to offer help, very knowledgeable, easy going, hard working and there for me whenever needed!
Our team works very well together. They are supportive, friendly, always willing to help and share tips to better serve our clients.
Better communication with employees and clients, pay scales correlating with the national averages, providing a product and updates that are not continually disrupting the products clients use and not portraying an implementation of the company as "frictionless" when it is far from that.
1. I save the company money by not using the medical insurance, There should be a benefit added in for that savings. 2. Compensation should be at the level of the national average for a job category especially for individuals that are considered an expert in their job category.
I am working for three different companies trying to juggle the names and platforms. It is very frustrating moving between each one and making sure sure through my busy day that I do not get them wrong. Support for issues "without the response of that's not my job" would be helpful.
