
Providing excellent customer service and speaking to customers makes me happy
Everyone understands their jobs/role in the company and they do just that.
It's the managers that try to be positive and keep that positive environment amongst employees.
Leadership needs to be better at acknowledging hard working employees and giving them recognition/appreciation for their hard work. The relationship is give-give amongst us employees to leadership not give and take.
I would make compensation based on the individual's hard work rather than how the team did in the year and their stats overall. It is unfair as an individual employee to be compensated based on others performance.
