I love what I do and want to further my career here, but pay and advancement opportunities could be better
Continuous improvements are being made would like more opportunities for advancement
leadership/HR has taken over a lot of control over culture club ideas and has shifted the morale of the culture club and that their ideas are not good enough. I would like to see culture get better. I take pride in doing my best but feel defeated that I have gone as far as I can go in the company

I like that my manager is friendly but sometimes they are not open to suggestion and feedback.
That they see a future of growth for me, would just hope that the opportunities present themselves.
The culture has significantly improved however ELTs could do better with communication on budgets for the Culture Club
They work hard, they have great production and we all work well together as a team to achieve company and department goals.
Culture could be better there seems to still be inequities amongst the different offices. But I would say that the company is working on thise.
I feel that I am always told that I am an outstanding employee that stands out in a good way, but would hope that my pay would reflect and match the verbal acknowledgements I receive.
I like them as people but seems that they aren't always supported which trickles down to direct reports. For example: when it comes to merits and comp. my manager is not supported by ELTs. Despite that, I enjoy working with them.
Overall, there is no consistency with salaries/comp. There are TLs that make more than Managers and all TLs aren't pay the same or fairly. Personally, I feel that my qualities as an employee stand out proving I am more advanced than my counter parts, that is not reflected in comp/merits
I am always rated as a 5 but there is no action from my Manager to help me grow. Also, at times that my ideas for my department and the company are not well received from my manager and I often feel dismissed immediately. I feel my ideas and feedback are not valued.
