
I like my job at Ministry Brands; I tend to be an independent worker so remote work suits me best. I do like that there is more flexibility in my work schedule, so I can tend to family matters as needed without stressing about work or scheduling time off so much.
The work load and constant changes in software, management and team members have made my position challenging; I am learning to set boundaries and limits. I do not want to experience burn out. I want Ministry Brands to be a great company, for both customers and team members.
At least there is now a company match.
