RETENTION INCENTIVES FOR CURRENT EMPLOYEES
The relationships that I get to foster with coworkers
For being a 5 year veteran employee, I feel my experience and expertise is not compensated correctly.
I HAVE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR A LONG TIME AND AM BARELY MAKING MORE THAN EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE RECENTLY BEEN HIRED.
I do not know much about our leadership team. Some, but not alot. I see their names, pictures and titles pop up on the TV screens in the office. When they have been at the office location, they do not acknowledge the lower level employees.
I have been with the company for 5 years, recently made the transition to another department to increase my skills. Although money should not be discussed, it is. I make less than others who have been there a shorter amount of time with less experience. The merit increases are not satisfactory.
