My overall experience is good but I'm not happy with the fact that people with absolutely no knowledge of financials have been tasked with changing our Shelby product to suit what they call 'customer wants'. It is an insult that these people do not respect our product and our opinions. They are rude

Great company. Just please make sure to really honor the unlimited vacation benefit. We work too hard and the time off needs to be approved in advance so it should be encouraged to take that opportunity to relax and to re-energize.

Having the autonomy to work by myself but also collaborate when needed is what makes me happiest at work. Basically working from home makes me happy.

My Manager really contributes to a positive environment because he cares about us and is very understanding when it comes to our personal lives. Pretty much every one in my team cares about each other like a family.

I like that we have unlimited vacations, however lately I've heard that we are encouraged not to take more than 20 days a year, because it is frowned upon, even though that is not written anywhere, and that is sad. I have family out of the country and may need more than that.

I have the best Manager and Leadership team I have ever had. They really care about me when things in my personal life don't align with work or something important happens they really listen and have my back. I also feel like they make decisions based on how the team feels when possible.
