Many up's and down's with leadership/management changes, but many lessons learned, lots of growth and coaching opportunities provided. I value the support provided during the difficult employee situations in 2023.
Thought things were looking better with new management, but things have felt deceptive with the behind the scenes outsourcing plan impacting protection. Now a lot of stress, worry, unknown and uncertainties---trust has shifted.
A lot of learning, change, and growth within the company and myself
the culture club events and activities
Quarterly Incentive bonus' and amount of PPTO/PSSL days
PPTO benefit and paid parking
they are smart, collaborative, innovative, loyal, funny, good cooks, diverse
smart, dependable, funny, reliable, valuable, resourceful, comradery, hard workers, diverse
The benefits, specifically the company contributed HSA money, open PPTO and quarterly incentives
the team comradery like a work family or tribe; we care about each other and enjoy making work fun
When all employees show up and do their work without having to be micromanaged and little to none client complaints
The unknown/uncertainty since the recent cuts in protection/IT How can it be improved? Do not outsource to India, keep the US employees.
The amount of time and effort they put into the business, to make it the best profitable company. How supportive my direct leadership is
The Culture Club brings us together for some fun every now and again but sometimes it is too much, too often or too silly to participate
Employees are allowed to negatively impact manager's performance (whether fact or fiction). Managers are not rewarded or recognized for all of the "trench" work to compensate for lack of staff
The comradery, working as a tribe, caring for one another, looking after one another, willing to come together and help wherever needed so that our problems do not become our client's problems
When the day goes well and is productive; meeting goals; when I have all of the team show up to work; when clients are happy (days with less or no client complaints)
their comradery, their loyalty, their dedication, their dedication to be their best, their wide vast of knowledge in and out of the industry, their quality of work, their attention to detail, their excellent customer service to both clients and applicants
I do not know how it can be improved. I have hit the burnout phase from going hard for so long for so many hours in the trenches with the team, understaffed, still have not recovered and still a lot of work to do.
Our team tends to deflect the negativity energy to "not get on us" when other departments or peers are having issues; we tend to stay out of it or not know about it. I love the intent of the leadership teams to make it a fun positive place to work.
