understanding and a team player, they listen
My direct drug team is great.
my team and growing our department
My directors kindness and support in everything we do.
Seeing my team and lunch.
My coworkers and hitting my goals / taking on projects.
We are a TEAM, we work well together and communicate everything with each other.
we are all very close and enjoy each others company, we've turned into a little family.
Feeling like a priority to other departments rather than just my director. The drug department feels very overlooked a lot of the times. I've never heard any recognition in a town hall for the drug team or customer care team.
MY team is the best because we interact as a family and look out for one another and build each other up inside and outside of work. We help teach each other new things and strive to reach out goals as a team!
I feel like we are overlooked most of the time and I don't feel our pay equals the amount of work we do and how we are turned our department around we are one of the highest climbing departments and the numbers show that
Amanda has gone to bat to get all our departments in order and actually talking to us about what we think will make things run smoother what would help us and finding goals/ways to make those things happen. she keeps us regularly informed on updates and progress. She trust us and puts faith in us.
I do feel undervalued. I feel as if we have been overlooked as a department. I don't think we get recognized enough and it stings more knowing other departments get to take credit for work WE do for them but still get all the glory. That is not a team player by not recognizing EVERYONE who helped.
I like MY leadership as I feel they care about us as people and growth as individuals not just what we can do for the company. I have always felt other departments treated us badly but the new town hall made it feel better as we are finally being recognized for all our hard work and not overlooked.
