Some teams who work on the same level are led by people who perceive a hierarchy where there is none. This has led to the development of a culture where demeaning, inconsiderate, impatient, and disrespectful communication is used to convey urgency and necessity. Some people are flat out rude.
If our teams were paid at least the industry standard. VP leadership didn't change or Paid Holiday compensation by forcing us to work on-call without any official documentation or fair compensation. Not being asked to take on the work load for 3 people & entirely different company on Tier1 pay.
Before the reorg, at least I knew my leadership valued my well-being in a real way. Previous leadership followed through on caring for the people of their team. Since the reorg, our core teammates have been filled with empty platitudes of positive change, and have yet to reap benefits of our work.
It's evident the company is cutting costs. The company is not making business choices with their customer in mind. I believe all leadership has lost sight of the people we serve, and why we serve them. VPs speak under the guise this is all for the client, but don't ever actually speak to the clients
