Working in the team that I'm in is wonderful. However we have had difficulties getting seen and heard for process improvements or product issues which is frustrating. The lack of compensation communication is extremely frustrating as well. My team is quite frankly the biggest reason I'm still here.

Most of us have been together for 5+ years (10+ for some of us) therefore we have built a team who trusts each other, who confide in each other, who rely on each other, and who respect each other. We truly work as a team.

I have been here for 10 years therefore my experience and knowledge have greatly increased. I have requested compensation conversations multiple times and have been met with "my hands are tied" or "hold tight". I'm am paid under the national average for my position and well below the local average.
