At my specific location its the people.
We all get along well.
I like that my team gets along and works well together.
Empty promises. Like I said, this company talks a lot with little to no action.
Stop giving empty promises. They seem to do a lot of talking with little to no action.
The company has nothing to do with the culture or environment. Its the people here that does it.
Accomplishing something... anything. We have had how many surveys sent and no change has been made? This is just pointless at this time.
We all get along with each other, don't take ourselves too seriously, full of laughter and comedic relief which is needed in this industry.
I wouldn't say there is much positivity lately. Every time something good is happening it just stops with no communication as to why from upper management.
Being remote. Coming in office just makes the negativity spread. If I'm at home I don't know that so and so in whatever department doesn't doing anything. I'd be at home in my own business working with less interruptions throughout the day.
It seems hire ups go out of their way to make positions and compensation matches for people that don't work here but if someone within the company wants to switch positions "isn't in the budget". How is it not in budget if it isn't finalized yet? Make that makes sense.
If MB isn't going to give cost of living raises and insists we have people in offices and pay for buildings and parking instead of going remote like other companies have we should do a hybrid to help work life balance and save on gas a few times a week.
I feel upper management just blows smoke up everyone's you know what to make everything seem okay but the longer and longer nothing changes and everything stays the same. They have talked about the possibility of going hybrid or remote for the past 7+ months.. still no progress has been made.
The merit increases that happened this year were not taken well by most employees. Especially when they see executives flying every other week paying for nice hotels just to sit in their offices in virtual meetings they could have done at their home base. Character limit is not allowing more opinion
