Getting a .25 raise is ridiculous when medical went up by 100 dollars. At that point keep the raise and lower medical cost.

We have all worked together for years and work well with each other strengths. Now outside of my team I don't know any of them since our paths don't cross daily.

Getting a .25 raise after being with the company for over 5 years is sort of a slap in the face. We are already under paid according to the market and then we get a medical increase as well right after the raise.
