
Paying people what they are worth. Pay for most positions is well below market value.
I am being paid at least 40% less than what the market is paying for someone with my experience.
As mentioned before, being compensated fairly and having processes in place to reduce burnout from last minute emergency projects with tight deadlines.
Everyone is kind, approachable, and cares about the work. I wish executive leadership would go back to caring about meaningful customer impact rather than prioritizing short term profits and appeasing shareholders.
