To much gossiping and cliquing up. Its even worse cause its not just the regular employees, its managers too.

I like that our small team gets along well and were always willing to help and cover for each other.

Its a lot of negativity and even if you try to ignore it and stay positive it can be difficult and draining when I just want to come to work and do my job.

I would feel better about compensation if I was compensated correctly. We are not very competitive in pay and its not like you have anything to look forward to during merit raises because no matter how well you do you will never get more than cents for a raise. Its a slap in the face

When we get .30 raises 1x a year its not motivating especially when executive leadership constantly talks about how much money the company makes per year. Inflation is also huge and it would be nice to get a cost of living raise as well as there are so many employees struggling to make ends meet
