There are employees who have been at the company too long and resist change. There is not enough diverse talent in the workforce. Too many issues require CEO input to get resolved. My manager has been very supportive and kind, but opportunities for advancement at my level are limited.

Compensation is below market. The lack of raises for several years puts current employees behind the comp of newer employees. It feels like managers are overridden by the CEO.
