Nice for the most part.
I feel that sometimes I miss the best of both worlds as I work remotely. I have never met my manager even though I have been working for him for the past 11 years. But in general, as I try to ignore the negatives.. as they out weigh the positives, I like working and enjoy working at NetScout.
My work itself, talk to my manager.
Flexibility.. Willingness to work around issues..
Co-ordinating, collaborating, supporting, respect each other
They are very understanding and accommodating.
People are nice to work with.
The nature of the work that I do.
Very positive and helpful atmosphere.
Fact that I get out of the house and see people.
Make a fair market assessment for people with similar experience and adjust the compensation.
My manager. He is very nice even though he is on my nerves sometimes..
As per the market people with my experience make about 20-30% more than what I make.
I work remotely my group is in Ipswich.. HR here really make an effort to include me in.
Our manager is a very nice person and does everything to make sure we work as a team.
Better Communication and Trust with Employees. Take action on those who abuse the Trust and not on everyone. Dont generalize and apply the rules..
I am paid very much less than what I will get paid elsewhere. They did a very little adjustment but very minute compared to what is made by the people of my experience.
