I have been employed here several years & have seen several good employees come & go because of issues beyond their control. I have been in my role for several years and in my opinion, we are continually asked to take on more tasks and responsibilities, but we are not necessarily given the proper merit increase or cost of living increase that I have noticed is happening in our industry and other major industries.
