The benefits are good, the purpose of company is good. They let us work hybrid which is great
With rising cost of living, it would be great to get a raise. My role is to make sure everyone else is doing their part, but we are the only ones held accountable if that department doesn't do what they should be doing. Hence why my department should be paid more.
