having more business experience that helps me relate better to customers' needs seems to be under appreciated for the most part. having a bit more per hr and some recognition for those who actually know small business would help.
I am much more on the business side and technical side; it seems that most of my coworkers are not so conversations can be a bit challenging. they tend to like to talk about movies and hobbies more than I do, and I do my best to apply but it's not comfortable since I am so business focused.
