Reality, not pushing people into positions they fail at, motivating rather than hiding in their cubicle.
I have had the same hourly wage for more than 10 years. I do not receive incentives.
They are hard working and dedicated. They respect each other and take time to smile and greet you, which our sup does not.
I work on a team that is in it for themselves. They work hard to achieve their goals and are not focused on team achievement.
When you know that executives are obtaining annual raises and you have to move in with someone else because your rent has gone up more than you can afford, it is mentally devastating.
There needs to be hope that you will be rewarded for efforts other than a pat on the back or Amazon dollars. I cannot pay my rent with Amazon dollars. Also, as the knowledge base we are to retain expands drastically, so should compensation.
