
I feel we are paid well for the work and service we provide. I also appreciate the pension plan that not many companies still provide.
Our team is filled with bright and unique individuals that are very capable, however we are incredibly micromanaged and are not afforded the opportunity to display our potential in our current work setting.
I enjoy showcasing my work ethic and organization skills. I enjoy being able to use my abilities to complete daily tasks which help staff onboard successfully. I enjoy spending time with coworkers and maintaining a work life balance.
I enjoy the culture of Northside as a whole. I have worked in multiple departments and campuses at Northside and am usually greeted with friendly faces. We are great at working as a team. My current department is lacking some of the characteristics that are true to Northside.
My leadership needs to do better at seeing their employees as people. As employees, we are spoken down to as if we are children and some comments made are inappropriate. We are often asked to not speak or laugh with one another and our suggestions for improving the department are never considered.
