Communication skills and showing respect to their team members. Improving technology to best practices so the team is able to meet departmental KPI's. Stop micromanaging team members and leaders below them. Educate our staff in revenue cycle. Staff need to understand the why to perform!
Due to the amount of years I have worked in Revenue Cycle leadership and the roles I have been in I feel my compensation should be higher. I also feel undervalued due to the amount of overtime hours I put in and the lack of appreciation from leadership.
