Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have experienced a lot of positive change at Proofpoint. I feel like there is room for improvement with career progression in my current field, but I am excited for the future. I have been here for 2.5 years and have already learnt so much from the people around me.

They listen and show appreciation at all levels

We sell it but also believe in people first!!

Collaboration & integrity. I can be open and honest with my team as well as learn from them every day.

The autonomy I have to get the job done, as well as a chance to be creative and learn new things.

I appreciate the openness and communication style of the leadership team. They listen to the voices of employees and want to make meaningful change.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am not in sales and I get 2 yearly bonuses as well as share options (for the we next go public). Very good compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When people are communicating openly about change, that helps to create a positive working environment that I can work within. I love the collaboration with different people of different cultures around the globe.
