Startek: verall, my experience at the company has been disappointing. There have been ongoing issues with communication, lack of support from leadership, and limited opportunities for growth. These challenges have made it difficult to stay motivated or feel truly valued as an employee.

Aveanna Healthcare: best company I have worked at by far. Leadership actually cares. Emotionally intelligent leaders who support progress. Wish pay was more dependent on performance and that benefits were better, but these things are pain points for most healthcare companies
The Michaels Companies: Great company to work for, great people to work with. Keep in mind a bad manager can make or break your personal experience.
Family Dollar Stores: As a standalone company, the culture at Family Dollar is wonderful. Teams work together to get the job done and leadership is supportive. I feel a sense of belonging and that I am valued. I'm excited to come to work each day.
AdventHealth: Stable, friendly, low-stress in the corporate HQ. Not very buttoned up, but not super casual, either. Not enough PTO. Office personnel are treated the same as medical staff, so we have no holidays, only mandatory PTO that comes out of a central "bank" accrued over the year. Truly my only gripe!
Red Lobster: Happy, customer, coworkers, cleanliness ,and environment

Foundever: The company seems to be unorganized at times, this makes progress slower than it should be. I feel like not many of the people working here are actually interested in making a good job and grow their career, rather they do the bare minimum and chill as much as they can.

Foundever: We are not paid fairly and speacially seniors are not valued as they earn the same as NH. The company invest in NH (signing bonus) but NH do not anymore stay long as salary is not competitive on the market. We need a better base salary and not bonuses.
