Startek: If you take a day off because you're sick, someone else has to work overtime, the company gives you time off but doesn't let you use it to your heart's content, and if you do use it, there's a price to pay. I can't believe a company can function like this in this day and age.

Foundever: Is a very good company to work for very stable but the salary is unfair compared to other companies. The benefits are limited to certain positions and the compensation are very rare. In few words please work on compensation and benefits for all employees despite the possiton.
Foundever: I have been working for 12 years here and my experience is not as positive as it could have been. I am an average worker (I mean a person that has to follow rules for a salary). Beyond the compromise of the employer to pay my wage, there is not any other benefit my employer shares with me.
