Foundever: At my previous work place the salary would increase by 5% every year to compensate the inflation rate. That was very good. Few years ago I would consider my salary as high, now without any increase and everything getting more expensive the minimum wage will soon reach my current salary.

Foundever: Teamleads trying to help but higher managers don't care about agents. Just numbers and demands of the clients. No option be a human anymore. Medical appointments need to be made 4 to 6 month in advance, there seems to be no option to arrange anything with the project or the WMF teams for that.

TP: My overall experience here since the first day is somewhat great, I just don't like the schedules, like there are training for 6 days and only 1 day of rest and I could not rest also because I also have work at church. Its so tiring, also there are classes on Sunday and that not good for us.
