The salary should be raised, if no the people will continue to leave, because there are vacates paid better

Because my salary is lower than in 2020 at the same position in another company, because my bonus is cut of 50% if I am sick more than 24 h a month, because the tasks are too many to reflect the correctness of the retribution.
