It has gone downhill in the last few years. I used to be very positive of Sitel. Now at Foundever, not so much.

Less and less tbh. It's all about cost savings and a bit of fun is being disallowed.

Stop with the knowledge drain. Empower employees. Reward valuable employees. But most of all, stop doing stupid stuff. Turning automated systems into manual work for teams in APC. We have tried long enough now to get the GCC etc. up-to-speed, the time and effort invested is not worth it.
