GEICO: The company has had a lot of change and morale has been low for at solid two years in the department i am in. There is NO real space for professional growth anymore. Wages are depressing. No bonus or profit sharing for most of the company. Unattainable goals. Directors and up are ALL "yes men."

Carvana: Long hours, 50 hours 5-6 days a week. Zero recognition, extremely low moral. Upper managment is non exsistant. No opportunity for advancement. Raises and bonuses are retracted as well as sign on bonuses. Corners are cut to make unrealistic deadlines. Training is promised but very seldom delivered.
DXC Technology: Overall it has been a good 26 years however there have been challenges along the way but I keep striving to do a good job for DXC.
GE Vernova: I'm working here more than 10 years and intent to continue forever. It is the best company that I've worked. Concern about security, compliance and fair recognize.
