ADP: It is a very good place, lately it has become a bit strange because of all the pressure to speed up the processes and I feel that the executives are trying to speed up for the purpose of speeding up (without a real plan).

The internal requests of reporting are extremely high in terms of quantity and manual work required (as no integrated systems, ERPs)
