Kohl's: vacation time drops if you go from full time to part time.wage increase is minimal compared to cost of living going from 36 full time hours to just 4-8 hours a week is inexcusable.

HealthPartners: Communication! There's hardly any and its poor quality when it's there. They also need to improve at follow-up/follow through. Stop hiring friends/family with zero skills, and not teaching them skills and also refusing to discipline no matter the level of infraction, including drug use.

HealthPartners: Lack of communication runs rampant, poor leadership with clear favoritism for friends, no follow-up or follow through by leadership. They dont care about proper training. The thing that makes this job is helping patients and good benefits. However, they want to take benefits away.

Nepotism plays a determining factor in direct operations at this site.

Circle K: Store manager has overly overbearing demeanor, standards; passively belittles employees; shows (non-physical) aggression/resentment when asked questions to gain specific details and understanding for tasks she has delegated to the representatives she (micro-)manages; and is overall unpleasant.

Circle K: They don't like giving raises. They cut your hours on a whim even if you're the only one who shows up and covers shifts and work hard. They expect you to have open availability which is insane considering the pay and .25 raises for every 600/h worked. On the plus side you get paid weekly

Despite of all the task that I'd been through it never made myself down although sometimes I tend to fail such task but it never weaken and shaken my guts. HCA Healthcare: We don't have meetings, we don't even have real managing managers and directors. Directors are picking up other departments because they have fired about three huge department, heads and a handful of managers.
