The company is a breath of fresh air compared to other jobs. However the only thing I would say is not very well compensating.

They're helpful each step of the hiring, training and starting work process. They show up and ate available every step of the way.

The starting hourly pay is low for the load of the work. I do not feel fairly compensated. Especially with the current cost of living and the emotional toll the job can take on you.

I love the satisfaction of feeling like my effort and work makes a difference in the lives of others. I also feel like my coworkers also put a lot of effort into their work. Which creates an environment of care. We all have the same goal, which is help the participants.
