
They do seem to be passionate about improving things
not having a payrise in years beyond the annual increase, despite consistently being a high performer and getting outstanding results on end of year reviews the annual increase, whilst more than other companies does, is still lagging way behind inflation
our engineering practices are stuck in the 2000's and despite the SLT saying they want to move fast (and safe) there seems little appetite for this at the lower management or developer level the development culture here is "fear of change" rather than wanting to embrace new techniques / approaches
