Sixty days in I am getting my bearings and sorting through areas that I will own vs. contribute towards - solid start!
SoFi: I love being a customer of SoFi - so much so that I invested in SoFi Tech stock. Big mistake, it's the gift that just keeps on giving. I have watched the initial purchase drop and drop in value. Something must be off. Happy customer - wary investor.
Lancer Worldwide: Sometimes work is stagnant but the majority of times it is challenging. I enjoy the work/life balance. Meetings need to be more efficient and better documentation of current technologies.
Lancer Worldwide: I think the HR team is doing their best to try to keep us here culturally. but i think the managers need more management training, leadership needs to be more open minded to employee inputs and the dismissiveness needs to stop. SO i would say bad experience.
