Snap Finance: The first 2-3 years here were rough. I was extremely over-worked. I worked until midnight or 2am most days. Vonage: It has been good so far. People have been friendly and warm. there is attention to work life balance and ensuring employees are happy with their compensation and their work. I think this in itself is a good start.

Barracuda Networks: When I first started working, it was a great experience. Then, we started hemorrhaging knowledge because we don't pay enough, and the high quality we promised has decayed due to the lack of knowledge and pretending we can make do with what we have left.
Barracuda Networks: The work we do is important. But there lacks a clear strategy and direction within the department to move forward. Substandard behavior is incentivized with outdated operations procedures. Resistance to change in this are has been frustrating.
