Micro Center: It has been a great place for me to develop I came in at the age of 20 and now 3 years later I can't believe the progress that I have made since starting out as a CSR. Not to mention Micro Center by nature is the best store ever so getting to be representing the company every day is a good feeling.

Micro Center: I have one Sr. manager that refuses to leave his office, another that just blames all the problems of the store on the front end and mocks the department in front of the sales associates, and a general manager that refuses to hold anyone accountable and rejects the entirety of OPS.
Newsday: Exciting and fun... Each day was something new... The business expense like lunch and taking clients out to close the deal was the best. My job was the best until you didn't meet that quoter... Then it wasn't.
IBM: I feel like I am at a great company, with solid products, and a clear product vision - but as someone in an Operations function, I see a leadership team who perpetuate bad habits, and are showing no signs they have the capability to change. I fear for our future if R&D keeps moving like we do today

Extra Space Storage: The management stuff is not helpful, they have several issues with the facility but the paying customer has to endure any shortcomings that come alone with it but they have no problem staying on top of locking you out, and selling your belongings after they help themselves to what they want.
SWCA: I have loved working here until this year. It's been a really difficult year and despite reaching out for help it's basically falling on me to fill any gap in our work and it's taking a toll on me. My hope is it gets better but it's really altered my views of the company.

There is a complete disregard for employees trying to move on up either from management stonewalling employees trying to move on.
