First Merchants: Overall it is a positive experience, although the processes in place and disconnects between lines of business makes me feel inefficient, ineffective and results in lack of confidence when meeting with clients.
Gusto: Gusto files tax forms incorrectly, late, or not at all. Gusto does not stand behind their work. Their customer service is horrific. It has been 2 years now and I am still fixing mistakes with the IRS that Gusto made for my business for forms that Gusto filed incorrectly. Avoid at all costs!

The Manager told me that I would have to come in and end my membership. It was over October 1st. I told my bank to not accept anymore withdrawal. They still call.

Micro Center: Coworkers are great. Pay for anyone in an hourly position without commission is bad. Benefits need to be better. Attendance policies, employee metrics, and store policies need to be reevaluated. They are not realistic and feel like they are too high to maintain. Focus more on employee retention.
