Vons: The people that they have in charge now need to be educated on what their duties are and make sure that the young courtesy clerks are helping everybody, not just who they want help.

The Receptionist: This is a company that lives its values, which is a rare find. On top of that, the company acts in the best interest of employees rather than shareholders, which really sets the tone for the culture overall. It's the best place I've ever worked, and I'd recommend to anyone considering joining!

CE Broker and EverCheck: Great overall culture. Interesting, fast-faced work. Good team, depending on which team you land on. Majorly underpriced positions. That passed in the early days but is clearly an issue now as there is high turnover on many teams. Hoping they keep up with the market.

IES Infrastructure Solutions: Company was enjoyable to work for before IES took over , toxic culture from top management, dont provide the tools to do the job , the failures are coming from the top management especially the president, GM is a joke ,they do a lot of barking and make a lot of promises
Electric Entertainment: Awful. Everyone there is miserable, is expected to perform the job of several people, and severly undercompensated.
Pike13: The software stability and consistency are minimal at best.
Pet Honesty: I have been here for about 6 months. I have seen the company go through transformational change, of which I feel I have been a part of. We have so much work to do to take this company to the "promised land" but I am confident in the strategic goals we have set to get there over the next 3-4 years.

Runway: My experience at Runway to date has been everything I've wanted and more. I feel empowered to make decisions, am supported by the Leadership team, and really value the relationships I've built with my colleagues. Most importantly, I really believe in what we're building.

Every day is filled with so much to do but I am clear on how my responsibilities and objectives connect to the greater company strategy and how achieving that strategy will be reflected in my annual bonus. A clear linkage between what I do and how I am compensated.

You are taxed on that bonus and even your "Christmas bonus" as well. There are no incentives to help motivate employees to be on time or to even show
White Sky: Easier way for customers to make an online account. The current webpage does not work and is hard to find access to.

Elementum: I came into a stable environment with a normal sized team. The global team was then sold off, reducing the size of the team and putting considerable pressure on the local team. This has been a challenge but I agree with the rationale and the direction we are going as a company.

Lightyear: It's great working at Lightyear. Everyone is super talented and humble. Learning for your peers and leadership is easy to do and the level of communication and transparency is a breath of fresh air.
Sittercity.com: Not impressed with their policies. The site is overly simplified and they don't screen sitters at all. Anyone and everyone can get an account there and it's just not a safe option for childcare.
