Bojangles : I ordered on line for pickup. Had a 7:21 expected time. Arrived at 7:20, waited for curbside pickup. After 15 min I went inside to find my order had not even started. Got laughed at by staff. Are the on mushrooms or acid? Nothing funny about it. I said a heartfelt "thank you" only to get ignored.

Pet Honesty: The majority of the team is hard working, driven, and all-in to help accomplish our goals. There are a few stand out employees that do not seem to be held to the same standards which is very frustrating to witness over and over. There is not consistency in expectations.

Pet Honesty: There are a lot of fast changes happening all at once which can be exciting but also stressful and disorganized. I am hopeful with a unified leadership team we will be able to reach our goals but keeping up moral and instilling work/life balance will be critical.

There is a disconnect from leadership on the awareness of available time because of day-to-day operations and understanding the time required for new ideas/ changes.

Crisalix: The bosses are nice but they tolerate to much what the software team does. Many problems should be fixed and they don't fix them becuase they are lazy and too confortable in their jobs. They have to be more eficient and not say it is dificult or not possible. I would fire 50% of them if I could!
