EasyPost: Very negative with way too much nepotism. Total Lack of accountability at the C level. The COO was failing badly. Certain executives ALWAYS underperformed and no actions were taken place for failures.
Eversight: So far, the experience has been extremely positive. The organization is small but run in an efficient but friendly and supportive way. Everyone's actions feel focused on doing what is right for the firm and its customers instead of trying to do what best for one's own needs. Trust is everywhere.

EasyPost: C level Executives lied to the CEO, employees, and customers, about the financial situation, fundraising status, and the state of fulfillment. They wanted the power to make changes and lied to everyone to get it. The company had to do crazy layoffs due to the poor judgement of the executive team.
