Matillion: The culture has changed in my department. It used to be very harmonious and collaborative but now there is a shift in the tide and "experts" are coming in to seek glory at the expense of others.
Anritsu Company: They are extremely focused on customer satisfaction and high performance.
Bandwidth.com: Health insurance and PTO are awesome.
Anritsu Company: I lead the line but I feel more like we work together then me leading.
Carbon: Its a Great place to work.
Workhuman: Since day 1 everyone has been so helpful and friendly. It was actually such a culture shock to come in to a company like this where everyone is this way. Everyone is so positive, it is a really welcoming place to work
Carbon: Coming to Carbon has been life-changing for me. Before coming here 15 months ago, I didn't know how much I needed a culture filled with talented and energetic people all filled with such a uniform commitment to disrupting the status quo.
Matillion: There is a whiff of misogyny within male-centric orgs. It is not good for morale. Most day to day activities are good, challenging and fun along with most coworkers being great. There are, however, exceptions to these points and when looking at the wider picture, you see the prejudice.
Smith: I have worked at Smith a few years ago, but left to pursue a career in IT. Had some other jobs in the meantime and I came back to Smith because I realized that I was extremely unhappy in other places, but I am very happy here. It is a job that constantly challenges me in the best ways.
Carbon: It used to be better, we ere very excited but now things feel a bit unpredictable

I think it safe to say that a lot of people assumed that benefits would be better along with pay. Pay is better but benefits worse

Facilities and equipment could be better, part shortages have taken their toll. Generally older workforce. Not exactly an exciting place to work, but definitely stable and great for growth.
Anritsu Company: I've been here a total of 22 years and have held several positions from Sales to management. All roles have been challenging and fulfilling.

I don't mean that in a shallow way. I think many people come to work to make a dent in the universe big...are we on track to do that?

Feels like we're building processes suitable to 10k employees without going through intermediate steps (especially in engineering); the intermediate steps are the only reason those process work in large orgs and it's slowing us down.
